1. Services Provided

Cannon Signs provides professional sign design, production, printing, fabrication, installation, and related sign services for businesses, organizations, contractors, property owners, and other customers.

Services may include custom signs, banners, graphics, lettering, commercial signage, building signs, promotional signage, installation, and other related products and services offered by Cannon Signs.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Customers may request a quote through our website, by phone, email, text message, or directly through a Cannon Signs representative.

All quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time of the request and may be subject to change based on final measurements, materials, quantities, artwork requirements, installation conditions, permitting requirements, shipping costs, or changes requested by the customer.

A quote does not constitute a final agreement until accepted by Cannon Signs and the customer.

3. Custom Orders

Many Cannon Signs products are custom manufactured or personalized specifically for the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding dimensions, wording, spelling, colors, logos, artwork, quantities, and other specifications.

Once production has begun on a custom product, changes or cancellations may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

4. Artwork and Design Approval

When Cannon Signs provides a proof, rendering, layout, or design for approval, the customer is responsible for reviewing all information carefully before approving production.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Spelling and grammar
• Names, addresses, and phone numbers
• Dimensions and quantities
• Colors and materials
• Logos and graphics
• Placement and layout

Customer approval authorizes Cannon Signs to proceed with production.

Cannon Signs is not responsible for errors that were present in an artwork proof or design that was reviewed and approved by the customer.

5. Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers represent that they have the legal right or authorization to use any logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, artwork, or other materials provided to Cannon Signs.

The customer is responsible for any claims resulting from unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials supplied by the customer.

6. Payments and Deposits

Certain projects may require a deposit or payment before production begins.

Payment terms will be provided on the applicable quote, proposal, invoice, or order.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, remaining balances are due according to the payment terms stated on the customer's invoice or agreement.

Cannon Signs reserves the right to delay production, delivery, or installation when required payments have not been received.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Because many products are custom manufactured, orders that have entered the design, fabrication, printing, or production process may be non-refundable.

If a cancellation is requested before production begins, Cannon Signs will determine whether a refund is available based on work already completed, materials ordered, design expenses, processing costs, or other expenses associated with the project.

Custom-made or personalized products generally cannot be returned unless otherwise agreed by Cannon Signs.

8. Production and Completion Times

Any production, delivery, or installation dates provided are estimates unless Cannon Signs specifically guarantees a completion date in writing.

Production or installation may be affected by material availability, supplier delays, weather, permitting, customer-requested changes, site conditions, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Installation

When installation services are provided, the customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property or installation location.

Installation may be postponed or rescheduled because of unsafe working conditions, weather, inaccessible areas, unexpected site conditions, electrical issues, structural conditions, or other circumstances that may prevent safe installation.

Additional work not included in the original quote may result in additional charges.

10. Permits and Property Requirements

Depending on the project and location, permits, landlord approvals, property-owner approvals, zoning requirements, or other authorizations may be required.

Responsibility for obtaining and paying for permits or approvals will be determined by the applicable quote or agreement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authorization to install signage at the requested property.

11. Product Variations

Actual colors, materials, finishes, and appearance may vary slightly from digital proofs, computer screens, photographs, samples, or previously manufactured products.

Reasonable variations resulting from manufacturing, printing, material batches, lighting, or display settings are not considered defects.

12. Warranty and Service

Any applicable warranty will depend on the specific product, material, manufacturer, installation, and services provided.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, vandalism, severe weather, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or work performed by third parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cannon Signs shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Any liability relating to a particular product or service shall be limited to the amount paid for that specific product or service to the extent permitted by law.
